leak

Does anyone have a problem of water leaks around step sill when it rains or you wash truck? Mine is a "64 fleetside custom cab short bed with panorama view rear window.

Check you cowl vent seals and for debris

Ok will do, but it seems like it coming through windows down inside of door.

I would suggest checking to see if it isn't coming in around the windshield. This is very common in my experience.
