Power steering box leaking

Hi , hope someone can fill me in , the pwr steering box on my 69C10 is leaking from the seal above the pitman arm , this is the second time in a month it's been replaced , what am I missing or doing wrong ??? all help and advice gratefully accepted ..... Ray ( Australia )

Make sure there is no rust or pits on the pitman shaft and make sure the seal is installed nice and square

Either there is some pitting or other debris on the surface that the seal rides on or the bearings are shot and the components wobbling around taking out he seals.
