any info on this 70s pace truck?

evowerks posted this pic on a thread i started about two tone paint, anyone know anything about it? looks 3/4 ton, id guess 76 based on the similarity to the impact '76 trucks. its a cool truck got some different options on it and thought id ask and give a cudos at the same time!

Actually, the picture originally came from here:

It's a 1978 Chevy Indy 500 pickup. It isn't an Indy Hauler because it isn't a GMC. It wasn't offered in dealerships as reproduction/special edition like the 1974, 1975, 1976, 1977, and 1980 GMC Indy Haulers were.
