New 20" wheels, right size? Check it out.

Please help, I want to make sure before I drop all this coin I buy the right size.
I tried to do as much research as I could on this site and this is what I came up with.
These will go on my 1979 Chevy with a complete Air Ride Tech lowering kit.

I assume you know about all the fitment issues with the Boss 338 wheels and the front rotors?

No, never heard such a thing. I'm upgrading all my brakes to larger rotors & calipers from Wilwood.
What's the issue with them?

The stock rotors need to be machined or ground to fit the wheels.
There is a SUPER LONG thread on here that I started back in 2009.
It runs up to this year.
All 45 pages of it.

Boss came out with a new design,... but never fixed the problem.

The short story,... These wheels were designed for the 88-98 Chevy/GMC trucks.
The rear backspacing of the 20x10's is a little too much for the 67-87 trucks.
Most people run spacers on the rear wheels and grind the nose of the stock front rotors to get the wheels to bolt on.

Looks like this isn't as cut and dry as I thought. I might look into a different wheel.

The grinding of the rotors issue, isn't that big of a deal,... you should just be aware of it.
The Boss 340 wheels could have the same issue,... I don't know.

Have you looked at Coys C5 wheels or even the Streeter wheel from Showwheels?

Many members on here have them.
(you might have to flatten the dust cap a little).

Another wheel I LOVE is the Foose LEGEND F105.
The 10" rear rim has a 20mm offset, will that work?
Have you heard about anyone running this wheel?

Sorry for so many questions, this has been a painful task finding the right wheel for my truck.
