Fully dressed 327 engine

Complete 327 pulled from 67 I just bought. I bought the truck from a good friend, and he had it running 6 or so months ago when he bought the truck but has set since. Not locked up, turns over freely. Not the original engine, truck should have came with a 283.

Block---3914660 68-69 truck 2 bolt main motor
Heads---3932441 69-72 327/350 76cc 1.94/1.5 valves

Motor is fully dressed. Has alternator, ps pump water pump, all the pulleys and brackets. Rams horn manifolds, flywheel, has a really old holley on it, and a factory intake and HEI dizzy.

$350 and would perfer not to ship. If it doesn't sell whole, I will part it out.

I could have this shipped to you for around $200 bucks or less more than likely. If the seller would not mind securing the 327 to a pallet I would arrange all pickup and delivery.

If not I have a running ALL original besides valve covers and intake I would part with possibly here in the near future. 1968 327 Impala motor with q-jet

Re: Fully dressed 327 engine

I keep coming back to this post. I would love to have it. My '68 had a little 327 and it was a torquey motor that had a little pep in it. Wish I never got rid of it.

I hear you there!! I had a 67 327 TH suffix truck engine. That thing had excellent mid range rpm take off. I have a 68 impala 327 now though. Wondering how it will perform.

Re: Fully dressed 327 engine

Alrighty guys.

Madness----$110 shipped for alt brackets, power steering brackets and pump, and all the pulleys

47thriftmaster----$50 plus the ride on rams horns. One stud twisted off, but theres plenty of bolt hanging out to still remove it and replace.

Zic1835----Carb, fan, fan spacer with bolts and dipstick. $60 plus the ride. I smashed the base of dipstick some above where it presses in, trying to get it out. It would still work just fine, just cosmetic. I cant find any numbers on the carb. Its a Holley, thats about all I know.
