Re: 72 doors ONLY

Those are pretty Nice!! If those were mine, I'd buy a pallet and build a shipping box ($20-$30 worth of wood) at Home Depot and make them available to ship. The value of the doors sky-rockets when they can be shipped to the Rust-Belt.

I know I could use them dont even have to build box wrap in good cardboard and stick on greyhound, had them shipped from there before like that and no problems so far, but was thick cardboard and went around window posts

I have been wanting to ship two doors via Greyhound. I have shipped two fenders together, inners, but doors I was worried about 100lb weight limit per single package. Since bare doors run right at 50 lbs. Did you put two doors together when shipped or send them separately.

Also I can have these shipped on a pallet for cheaper than Greyhound anyhow. Just let me know you find any or this seller will ship.

Re: 72 doors ONLY

I bought some doors a few monthes ago that came on the bus. They were wrapped in cardboard bubble wrapped and then boxed. They got here fine no damage from Minnisota to Rhode Island. They were seperate. It took a long time to get here tho almost two weeks. I dont know if thats the norm or if it was because it was near christmas. I think it was about $80 apiece. That was stripped no glass or wings.

Yeah had to be holidays. That is another plus of Greyhound though. Most stuff typically arrives 1-2 days depending on trip.

Leroy... What is your zip code. I can save you some money I am sure on shipping these cheaper than Greyhound. I know as I mentioned I have used Greyhound many times

Hey sorry. My online freight manager program is stalling again. This is not typical but they are still working out the kinks on the interface. Should have it later or by tomorrow once it reboots.

Re: 72 doors ONLY

That is at 200 lbs as well though. Weight including doors (around 70/pc) and 50 for skid. Bare doors are only 50 lbs.

72 door has the extra screw under the vent window and 72 takes the plastic door panels that require longer latch and crank mechanisms. However the 72 doors can be used on any of these years.
