OEM steel Stainless Steel Or custom build 'em with aeroquip fittings and high temp/pressure hose?

I'm building mine with russell & earl's an fittins. I've got the flare & pipe adapters, but still tryin to save up enough money for the (4) 90 degree hose ends I need: $15 bucks each! plus 20 ft. of hose which is 90 bucks!

I'm bending my own. Real cheap that way...and they'll last 20 years or so.

i'll tell ya,it's a real bit%h to get the lines in w/motor ,core support, body,....etc in the way.got some s/s lines for my th350,could'nt get the lines to go between the frt. crossmember and the inner frame rail w/o bendin' the hell outta 'em.i came to the conclusion that the only way to put 'em in is to be doing a complete body off resto.what good is nice shiny s/s lines if you have to bend the crap outta them.i personally like the nice straight 90 deg. angle as they enter/exit the radiator bungs, instead of twisted and "re-aligned" to make fit. my remedy: bought a tranny cooler at summit, either 7/16" or 1/2" dia. tubes w/ barb fittings already provided.fits perfect in the inner frame-rail on drivers side. just my .50 cents worth.
