How much to ship a square from
Say from TX to MI? Anybody had a truck shipped across the country lately?

Check your local shipping companies. I had a my truck shipped from Maine to South Carolina for 700-800$, that was a little less than 2 years ago. (1100 miles)
Less money than it would have cost me for gas, tolls, and a lot less hassle.

I've used these guys before, and they have an online quote lookup. You're looking at about $800 terminal to terminal.
