Project Cowl Replacement

Hi Chevy Fans

I am pretty new to the cite, and just bought a 1969 Chevy C-10 old shop truck. It was surpose to super solid, but I discoved it needs to have the cowl replaced along with the usual related panels. I will be doing it myself, therefore, I will need lots of help. If any of you has done this before, please direct me to a thread with lots of picture.

After really looking over the truck, it needs a cowl which is ate off on both sides, the vent panel were also are ate up, and front floor patches or boards, and a few firewall patches near the fan box. The big question is can I do this without pulling out my engine. The truck runs good and the body and frame is solid. Additionally, I thought about blocking off the cowl and installing some other type of fresh air vent system. Any ideas???? Help
