whats the easiest way to remove the a-arm bushings on the 73 and up a-arms?

would like some tips and suggestions.

I'm doing this right now on my 74. I've got access to a press but because of their awkward shape, I still just mounted them in a vise & used my air chisel (same w/the top ball joints). I just work from side to side of the bushing shell a little @ a time until they work loose.

I was able to just press out the lower bjoints.
