Stainless/Coated Big Block headers

So, I'm looking at the tri-y doug thorleys and I have a hard time swallowing that price tag for a set of mild steel headers. Does anyone have recommendations on where to get headers or possibly different brands? I would prefer coated or SS style headers but for the right price I would go for raw steel ones and have them coated myself. Thanks.

The ad lists the primary size as 1 5/8 which is typical sbc port diameter where bbc's are usually 1 3/4" minimum. I would verify that info as it might be a cut & paste error (or the primaries could be smaller than typical for other reasons).
