Re: My 68SWB build
Thanks Fellas the motor is a built 383 with an upgraded comp cams 280 magnum......It is a one owner truck..........cant wait to tear into it....it is such a straight truck with very minumal rust on the pass side rocker and lower front fender........I do not like the fact that it is a 6 lug and cant run some torque Thrusts 5 spokers........

Re: My 68SWB build
Definately not the only one with wood bed floor. I personally have owned 3 with wood bed....longbed and shortbed. IIRC all stepsides of this era have the wood and I would venture to say at least 1/2 of the fleets did as well.

Re: My 68SWB build
Not much to report, I did start taking the filthy front end apart and will clean it up and paint it this week if all goes well with work. All moving parts are getting replaced with a 4.5 drop up front from McGaughys and MOOG ball joints and tie rods
