NOS versus used bedside prices

I have found one NOS factory 60-66 short fleet bedside with about three repairable dents. I have also boughten or seen a dozen short fleet bedsides in the last month. All need really more work than I would like to have too.

What would one expect to pay for a NOS 6 ft bedside with say 3 to 4 hours repair damage and also if found, a very nice clean rust free used bedside?

I've even considered cutting down 8 foot bedsides since the labor on my used pieces would about equal the shortening of a super clean 8 foot.

Any ideas?

Mark

Re: NOS versus used bedside prices

I just sold a very nice complete shortbed for 350 and it needed a few hours labour, I would pay 250 for a real nice bedside needing minor work and wouldn't pay more then 600 for an NOS one needing work.

Re: NOS versus used bedside prices

Thanks all. I'll probably just keep looking for a nice clean swb bedside.
