Replacing this door panel-Sandalwood?
Pictured is the driver's door interior panel of my '70 K10 suburban. My understanding is that the color is sandalwood. My truck is a driver and I was hoping to find a used replacement for this, but I now believe the odds are against it. The only proper color panels with this pattern I have seen have the wood grain strip along the top. If you have some idea of a vendor who can hook me up with a repro replacement, please let me know. Thanks
Here are the codes in case I've got the color wrong: 4657AG Gold Custom Cloth T 4Z62AJ Custom Group 4526AA Med Gold |

Re: Replacing this door panel-Sandalwood?
That isn't "Sandalwood", it's Parchment (GM Interior color "Ivory") - some call it "off-white".
http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/cb/full.aspx?Page=112 Sandalwood would be for the steering column, steering wheel and dash pad, which is a lighter shade of beige (your steering column is "Sandalwood"). Your steering wheel and dash pad look to be "Saddle". Check my build thread (last page) for vinyl paint. You may [have had] my seat - 4657AG Gold Custom Cloth T. Your post from 2 years ago shows your seat was replaced. I still have the original if you want to see (look through my thread for pics), it actually has "gold flake" in the cloth pattern. .

Re: Replacing this door panel-Sandalwood?
The seats on my burb have been reupholstered with just generic, off-white vinyl, so unfortunately I have no idea what they looked like orignally. I have seen the tooled vinyl seats that match my door panels, but I'm assuming the seats here were different, based on the "Gold Custom Cloth" bit. Sorry I'm no help here. I want to know too.

I've edited my post.
SMS sells a fabric similar, but it isn't identical. They say they can stamp the scoll pattern into the vinyl also.
