hop sing I did my own on a 60. I dont think any body offers trans crossmembers 60-62. I bought a universal tubular engine and trans crossmembers and cut and fab them myself...when I layed the engine and trans in the truck my good welder friend welded the mounts.. every thing is bolt on... once they were fabricated I took them to a powder coat shop.. Came out very nice

I built my own. You need 3 pieces of flat steel and a tube. I raised the trans with a jack got into where it needed to be put a screw jack under it to prevent it from dropping down.

Drilled on plate for the trans mount, bolted it to the trans left the tube long pushed it into place tacked the mount plate to the tube. welded that in, then cut the ends of the tube at a angle to match the frame with the correct amount remove for plate thickness, bolted back into place. Took me about 1 hour and maybe 25 bucks in raw steel.

You'll be fine to cut out the crossmember where the existing bellhousing mounts to. For the rear trans crossmember, we ended up using one from a mid 90's Chevy 4x4 truck, narrowed it to fit the frame and notched out the center to bring the tailshaft down to the correct angle. When I got the truck it had the old school angle iron crossmember...and it had it for probably 20 years. The options are endless...
