K10 Brake line help

Hey all,

Just was out in the garage messing around. While trying to remove my rusted on proportioning valve I rounded off the brake line. Now on my k10 frame, the rear brake line comes out of the prop valve and has a splice directly unde the frame rail, my question is whether or not this is a factory splice or something added by someone later down the road. The front line goes to where the brake line bolts on. The big question for you guys is does one of the board vendors sell these 2 pieces from the splice to the prop valve. I am in need of these 2 lines. If not I guess I will have to bend some up.

Thanks guys,

Kevin

Re: K10 Brake line help

does the line you are refering to go from the prop valve to a 3 way tee that feed the front brakes, does the line go in the top of the tee with 1 line going to lf brake hose and the other going to rf brake hose if so this is factory, i just changed all my front brake lines and i got a 6 piece pre bent line set from performance online

Re: K10 Brake line help

Fldawg, it sounds like you are referring to a 2wd setup. I need info for a 4wd setup. Thanks for the info though.
