Any problems adding a hitch to the frame

I have a '69 K10 SWB and want to add a modern style hitch to it.

Has anybody encountered any problems doing this?

It appears that i will need to drill some holes in the frame which I can do. It would seem to me that it would be wise to maybe box the frame in that area also as the bottom flange on these old frames seems pretty thin. I would also need to tack the nuts on after tight if the frame is boxed. I'm not going to haul anything too heavy but will need to occasionally pull a trailer or light fertilizer buggy.

Anybody with any other suggestions or does one brand fit any better than an another?

thanks for your help

Boxing the frame is a very good idea. The frame on my Blazer cracked on the bend when towing a trailer down a very rough road.
