well if one was 30 shipped. I would guess that would be 25 + 5 for small flat rate. So two would fit in a small flat rate at 55 shipped. but I will do $56.65 shipped to cover the pp fees...

Not needed but some say it works better and some say they see no difference. Me personally I never ran one one my factory tach in my truck. There are threads on this in the message board somewhere.
