Kevin, lever and pin hole are in good cond.
also have a shaft, not sure if it is a truck or van don't have one here to check. It is aprox 39" from end to end Jaro--no bearings in it

A van shaft is about 35 inches long and a truck is about 32 1/2 inches long measured from the splined end to the end where the plastic spheres things go.
