K&K Fabrication, Albert Lea, MN. Google that and call them. They can make those and mail them out.

I will look also I should have no problem finding that laying around at work and if not I can make them for you. Does it matter what grade of aluminum and are you looking for a tight tolerance on either measurement?

I'm agree with beautimus. Why do you feel this needs to be made on a CNC machine?

Around here I use a place called "Discount Steel". (They handle aluminum too) They are located down in Minneapolis. For little stuff like that they have a "drops" section where stuff is sold by the pound.

Perhaps there is a similar metal supplier near you?

Re: Anyone have access to a CNC and make a simple part?

Hey a found a couple blanks if you want them still let me know. I got 2 that are 3.25 & 2 that are about 2.375 you can have them all if you want them but they have tiny nicks in them.....don't know if that matters to you or not. Let me know. Or if the nicks are a problem I can give you a couple little chunks to hole saw cut them yourself as mentioned above since I won't be able to break away and cut them myself anytime soon.

I'll see if I can dig up some pieces. That might be easier to find.

Re: Anyone have access to a CNC and make a simple part?

I work in a metal shop so I can get you whatever you need I am just trying to find scrap so it doesn't cost anything. Which is why I said I can give you those little drops that have very small lead ins from water jet and laser or a couple small pieces of 1/4" plate. Just let me know. Or if you want something exact I can get that too but it won't be free then unfortunately.

Yeah please. I can hole cut them myself. I was going to use 1/8 steel but i need it thicker and do not want to do 1/4 steel. lol.

I will message you my info. You have a paypal account i can send you some money? I just want to be able to cut 2 blanks out, 3".
If they were clear that would be best. Let me know and thanks again. This would be 1/4 thick aluminum right? Is there aluminums that are stronger then others?

I don't have pay pal, sorry. I can just send it to you and a receipt of shopping costs or meet you in the middle if you want. Either way works for me. Just let me know, we can figure something convenient out

Re: Anyone have access to a CNC and make a simple part?

I finally found where we keep our scrap round stuff. I have 2 pieces that are not exactly 1/4" thick...one is a little heavy and the other a little thin...but they are yours if you want them.
