396 engine
I'm wondering what a bare 396 from a 70 Chevy truck is worth. It would be complete from pan to intake...no carb or externals. This is a running engine that I took for a test drive on my racetrack and it showed good power even though its running ancient gas and the carb might need a rebuild. I did notice a ticking noise when it was idling which I think might be a bad lifter.
