If you could buy for even 5k you'd get a heck of a deal. It appears to be worth more than that course you never know without closer inspection.

Nice truck. I would pay 3500 for it. I know he should be able to get 5 grand for it at least, though. I bought one with similar options but in not as good of shape for 1000 dollars not too long ago. I hope he gets what he wants for it.
