C-notch question
Does a c-notch hurt your towing capacity? Want to lower my truck, and thinking c-notch kit, but I want to also use my truck as a tow rig, so does anyone know if this is a good direction to go in?

Re: C-notch question
There is a thread somewhere around here by member Lakeroadster where he did an engineering analysis on three different c-notches. The conclusion is that yes it does decrease your frame strength in most cases. I'd look that up for starters.

Check the FAQ forum for the thread Leevon mentions.
