1966 owners - Please Help!!

I need the measurements of where a 1966 fender emblem mounts. If someone has a fender that they can measure down from the upper trim and across from the rear side of the fender. Thanks for any help. I don't trust myself "eyeballing" it.

Here's what I came up with. I don't have the side trim right yet, so I measured from the side trim hole, which is right above the hole for the fender emblem. This is the measurement on the passenger side.

In case it's not clear, the measurement is 2-7/8" down from the trim hole above and 3-3/16" from the edge of the fender.

Re: 1966 owners - Please Help!!

Thanks guys, that's wxactly what I need. My paint guy came by Sunday and got a truck load of parts to start working on. I'm building a 66, but have a mint set of 65 fenders that will be used. I need to get the holes drilled before he starts spraying them. Thanks again - this board is awesome!!
