these fenders are goodmark? Maybe they had an "off" day that day? this does happen some time from what I've heard. Maybe you can trade them for another set of goodmark fenders that do fit?

I bought Goodmark cowl hood, and 2 67 fenders. They all lined up great. I did have to use the die-grinder in some of the mounting holes, to make them a little bigger for adjusting tolerences. Oh and shims you will have to re shim everything, they will not go on the same as stock. Meaning if you had 2shims under the wiper cowl with stock, you may now with the goodmark need only 1 shim or maybe none at all. Lining Body parts just takes time, it is kind of an ART. Don't get frustrated, walk away go get a soda or beer. Then start over with a clear head. Patience is a virtue. Good luck.

I also have goodmark fenders purchased through my chevy dealer and had some trouble getting things to line up, when the body lines finally did, the grill shell is way
off I have been perplexed for 6 weeks now.
My truck is a 72, has anyone used 69-72 fenders from goodmark?

Man, thats got to make you mad. I am leery of reproductions for this reason but I thought goodmark was known for the quality of fit. I would be interested to hear of any other manufacturers who provide a more reliable fit tho I'm not holding my breath. I really want to know who makes a good fit in cab corners.

I bought a pair of rocker panels from Goodmark and they fit perfectly. I thought they were made in the US but they said Taiwan on them. Really dissapointed me! I also bought a fender for my '74 but not form goodmark and had to shim and drill and nothing lined up forty bucks down the hole.
