67 6 cylinder Power Steering brackets, HELP!
My dad has reworked a few trucks, in his retirement, and he has a need for the 6 cylinder Power steering brackets. The motor was originally a 230? but he changed it to a 250, from a 72 chevy. Does anyone know of or have these for sale? I've looked at ebay, but found nothing.
Thanks |

A sample from ebay. One of many. Search for chevy 250 bracket.

Make sure to get a set with "ALL" puleys, brackets and the pump, even if you plan on replacing it.There are a couple of different workable setups and they differ in the pulley offset.I have bits and pieces from about4 sets and none of it matches up to fit.You can pull the brackets and pulleys from virtually any 250 powered vehice but will need a truck steering box.The later box feels more comfortable to me at 3.5 turns lock to lock than the factory ratio of 4.5 but that's a personal preference.
