Window tinting
Do any of you guys tint the side and rear windows of your truck? I live in sunny South Florida and I usually tint any vehicle I own. My 61 has some on the rear window and its in bad shape. I was considering doing the entire truck except the front window.
I know its not period for the year of these trucks, but I am looking for some creature comforts.

well i live in Phoenix and we cant live without our tint. so as soon as i get my big back window conversion done i planned on tinting the back and side windows as well.

Mine aren't done, but I have seen quite a few that are. Make sure you have good door felts before, or you run the risk of scratches.

Mine are tinted.
2% on the back glass. 10% on the sides.

I might get some smoked glass cut for my doors, and tint the back and vents myself. I'd rather not risk having the tint get scratched.

unfortunately for us, it's illegal in CA to have tint on the forward 3 windows (drivers/passengers/windshield).. back window is okay tho. We have two of those, and they're too small to matter I think. (panel truck with barn-doors)

my 62 burb came with all the rear windows, sides and back factory tinted dark black.
