rear bag bracket question
I have a 67 C10 with trailing arms. I plan to put in a c-notch (not the tall one, the bolt/weld in one that just goes up into the frame) then bag it. My question is: what are the best brackets/location to use? I am not trying to lay frame, just wanna get as low as possible and have a decent ride. Any advice on location and bracket set up will be helpfull!

Re: rear bag bracket question
Check our Vendor Marketplace. Several of our Forum Sponsors offer a small bolt in notch that will fit your needs.

Re: rear bag bracket question
Looking for bag mounting bracket suggestions... I have seen em bolted in the same posit as da springs and off to the side with brackets. Not sure which is better or what exact brackets I need to make it happen.
Sorry, Da vender marketplace isn't very user friendly IMO Posted via Mobile Device Posted via Mobile Device

Re: rear bag bracket question
Just mount the bag between the frame and the trailing arm.
No brackets required.

Re: rear bag bracket question
If you just replace the coil springs with bags it will get it pretty low with that small notch.

Re: rear bag bracket question
on my previous setup I had my bags mounted where the coil springs used to be.I used slam specialties bags(built in bump stop).with the notch you're going to use and a slam specialties bag, with the bags deflated the axle will be about 1/8-1/4 inch from the notch.
