Door Hinge Shims?

Did these trucks possibly come with them?

Reason I ask is because currently the bottom of the door sticks out about 1/4 inch from the rocker. On the hinge adjustment, the bottom hing is all the way in towards the interior of the cab and the top hinge is all the way out, yet when i close the door all the way (striker not in there currently) the top of the door hits before the bottom. Only way i can see to kick the bottom in any more is to kick the top out, hence asking about shims.
