Question about crew cabs
I have question! I am about to get a long bed 1/2 Chevy. I know where I can get a crew cab and I was wondering if I put a crew cab on the lwb frame how close or short would a shortbed be from fitting on the truck?

Re: Question about crew cabs
the wheel base of a short bed is 117.5", long bed 131.5" and a crew cab is crew cab 164.5"
so i guess a short bed crew cab would be 150.5 so you would have to add 19" CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG

Re: Question about crew cabs
cutting a crew cab frame down would be easier be thats not always an option. adding 19" to a frame is goign to be a bit diffficult then just cutting 14" out.

Re: Question about crew cabs
I agree with you there! I think I will just leave it a long bed.
