1987 Factory GM Burgundy Floor Mats
What do 1987 GM Burgundy Floor Mats look like. The truck I bought does not have any and I'm on the hunt for some to complete my Interior. Anyone have any pics?

Re: 1987 Factory GM Burgundy Floor Mats
Not to hijack, but since Keith's picturing floors.....Does anyone offer a COLORED rubber floor mat (actual floor covering, not the two removeable mats) like that anywhere? My truck has a beige one in it, but it's cracked up pretty good. All the replacements I've seen are black. Haven't decided whether to leave as-is, put down carpet, or try to find a replacement rubber mat yet.....

Re: 1987 Factory GM Burgundy Floor Mats
Not to my knowledge; I replaced mine with black from Capt Kaos.
It was a little thicker and, although a little harder to work with I assume it will be much more durable. Pics are in my rebuild thread, linked below (...trying not to hijack too much). K

Re: 1987 Factory GM Burgundy Floor Mats
Good luck finding any for an 87. I started using the 88-98 rubber truck mats in my square bodies, but even they are not available anymore. I have used nice fitting rubber mats and dyed with SEM burgandy and worked very well. Looked factory.
If anybody has a source for any from 85-87 or even 88-98, let me know. Jeff |
