Re: Rear suspension for 66 burb
Use the Porterbuilt rear trailing arm Dropmember.
That is the BEST option. http://www.porterbuiltfabrication.co...arting-at-1900

Re: Rear suspension for 66 burb
just curious, but what if you didn't want bags but rather a static-type drop? i know Porterbuilt makes the coilover setup for the front...would something like that work for the rear, or would it make more sense to just stick with factory style suspension? i'm thinking down the road, since i want to build a daily driver Burb in the future...and i wouldn't want to cut up the rear flooring or anything

Re: Rear suspension for 66 burb
Mine is bagged in front with porter built drop member and control arms so will be bagging rear there's alot of trailing arm kits with lowered springs for static drop if you don't want it layed out

Re: Rear suspension for 66 burb
yes, i understand that...not exactly what i was trying to inquire about though...but i just noticed that there is a rear coilover setup in progress by Porterbuilt...that's what i was wondering about...which would be best for a daily driver, a static drop factory trailing arm setup or a coilover setup? pros/cons? how different would the ride be? and no, i'm not concerned with laying it out...just a nice quality lowered suspension that rides good...i'm not too familiar when it comes to some of this stuff, thus i turn to those with more experience
