1971 C30 cowl & chassis parts package

Sorry about the subject of this ad, it is a 1971.
No title, so selling for parts only:
1971 Chevrolet C30 factory flat face cowl & chassis parts package
402 Big Block with TH400 automatic transmission
Power steering, front disc brakes, rear H072 ratio unknown dually
No AC
Looks like a 133" wheelbase
Factory tilt column with beautiful black steering wheel

I bought this last fall as a complete camper, made by Vista Queen (not quite as cool as Open Road). The recreational vehicle part got demolished and thrown in a dumpster due to excessive rot, but there are some cool parts left and still in a nice package.
It runs, drives, shifts and stops. Needs a full tune up but the engine seems sound.

$1500 as it sits, or $1100 and I keep the tilt column and steering wheel.
Seat is not included, but I do have the matching pair. They are not factory, but pretty good condition and quite comfortable for my Jed Clampett drive. I would take $200 for the pair.
I can cut off some of the excess steel camper framing to make it easier to haul, but figured I would leave it for now.

Yes, I can haul it to your house. Rough guess is $2.50 per mile, and I would travel up to 300 miles from 55944 (Kasson, MN).

Re: 1972 C30 cowl & chassis parts package

I have driven it! 1 ton of fun!

I will give this until May 1 to sell complete, then I will have to start parting it out...

Re: 1972 C30 cowl & chassis parts package

If and when you part it I would be interested in the front rotors pending condition and price shipped. Keep that in mind and LMK if it happens. Thanks. Frank

If you part it, put me in line for the tilt column minus steering wheel pending price including shipping.

Re: 1971 C30 cowl & chassis parts package

SOLD!

Sold this fine machine "locally" on the CL, hauling it to its new home this Friday.
Sounds like it will live on as a C30 trailer hauler with new full cab and flatbed.
