Will these wheels work on my Tahoe?
I want to put later model wheels on my 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe. The wheels I am talking about are the 18" wheels, I think they are 8 or 8.5 wide. They come on late model Silverado's and Tahoe's.
 Right now I have the stock 16" wheels that came on it, so will these wheels fit and look good?

Yes, I've seen a few gmt800 trucks with those wheels and they look great!

I found a set on Craigslist with tires that have 40,000 miles on them for 500. Not sure if that is a good deal or not..

They're new, so they're not cheap. I got a set with brand new tires (still had the paint stripes) for about a grand. My truck had completely bald tires and the tires on the new rims alone were worth $800. They only thing I was told is that you should use the lug nuts for those rims on the GMT800s. The seller included them in the sale for me.
