new to forum

After the purchase of my '62 C10 last year, I found a gold mine of info in this forum and have finally gotten around to becoming a member. I've even managed to meet a couple of really cool guys in the area (I'm talking to you pdxhall & 62longbed). I look fwd to trading info and will undoubtedly have more questions than answers.

Re: new to forum

I'll figure out how to post pics although only have a couple. She's up on jack stands now w/ the grill removed. Not very flattering. ha. Have recently installed disc brakes up front (keeping the torsion bars) and new tie rod ends. Will need the adapter for a booster I just picked up....

Re: new to forum

Your truck looks to be in very nice condition. It’s amazing to see one that still has the original fan shroud. They are very rare today. I remember when my father-in-law pulled his off and threw it away, because he thought it was too big and looked stupid. Never mind that it served a purpose!

Welcome

Nice truck.

Like Mark said; It's nice to see it has the original fan shroud.

We Portlanders and the outskirts will surely need to all meet up this summer.
