wiw 55 1st series napco panel

A guy I know has one he is thinking of selling what would be a fair price?

55 first series panel (looks like 47-54), with napco 4X4

I haven't seen it yet, and know nothing of the condition, he has said that he has spent 3500 on it so far..

http://www.napco4x4.org/history.htm
upfitters did the conversion from 49 to 56, after 57 (56 for gmc) it was a dealer installed option
ad 1/2 tons were not available until 54
