Anyone have pics of a ram air on a task force?
I have always thought about using a gm hood for a ram air induction. Is there anyone out there that's done this with pics?

There isn't a lot of rise on the hoods for a ram air scoop on it. It would be hard to pull off without looking tacked on. Might I suggest the stock 57 hood with the ridges?

A 55-57 gmc hood kind of looks like a ram air to begin with...

I always thought one of these would look good on the hood, but decided simple is better. I have seen the GTO one, it did look cool, saw it on a Sedan as well, the Camero SS on a truck was placed too far apart and looked sad.

Re: Anyone have pics of a ram air on a task force?
I have def been thinking of doing some kinda ram air on my hood as well. I wanna use some kinda opening from a camaro or slot style opening and put it in the hood bulge right above wear the hood emblem would go on the 55' hoods.
sorry for the crude ps, but i wanna put the opening from something like the grey truck into the circled area on our hoods |

55-57 GMC hood would work great for ram air.
