wiper motor ??

bought an electric conversion from brothers for my 57..
having a problem figuring out how it mounts ..
when i bought the truck it was missing the motor altogether...directions tell me to mount it where the original was...dont have a clue since the original was'nt there...i am sure alot of you all have done this already and it's probably pretty straight forward..maybe a picture or 2 of one mounted just to give me an idea

heres some pictures of the motor and bracket i got from brothers

thank you in advance!!

Re: wiper motor ??

Lay under your dash, in the center you will see two tabs that are aligned and a third that is lower that is more of a support.

Ill take a pic tomorrow if this dont help.
the tabs will be threaded.

i layed under there for a while...the previous owner smoothed the dash out and all that i can see there is a couple brackets that look like where the radio might have been held....does'nt line up with the bracket on the wiper motor at all..i'll take a couple pics under there when i wake up...

and please take a pic..that would be great

I hope i remember for you.

If you do not see it tho in the center above the radio... way up then someone cut it out. But i doubt it.

Here's a pic of my factory wiper motor. This was taken from the passenger side.

Re: wiper motor ??

...personally I just didn't drive my truck when it looked like rain

...seriously, this was helpful for me as well - my truck isn't done yet but I have noted my wipers aren't working - not sure yet if it's a simple wiring issue or I need to replace the motor. If the latter this will be handy.

Need wipers to get a state inspection sticker before re-tagging
