Re: temp gauge

What's up with yours? If it's not accurate it might be the sender, not the gauge. I had that problem on my 64 C10.

I had the gauge cluster in my 69 Chevelle repaired/restored, including the temp gauge, but it was very expensive.

Re: temp gauge

I keep a complete extra set on hand for my 63 just for those reasons. Of course they still reproduce the 64-66 guages, but us 60-63 guys aren't that lucky. and rebuilding is around $60. I did have bowtie bits rebuild a fuel guage for me about a year ago, and they did a great job.

Not sure. It worked when I got the truck. Did the resto and now its dead. I tried replacing the sender butno luck...it just lays there.
