87 suburban parts swap to an 87 R10??

Guys, looking at a 87 suburban that someone is parting out. Curious on the rear sport bumper, interior pieces, etc that may be a direct swap over to my R10 project. Also curious if the bucket seats would actually be a direct swap or if new floor mount holes would need to be drilled. Any info would be great. Thanks!

If you grab the floor stands that are welded to the floor of the suburban, the buckets will go right into place. The rear bumper and outer brackets are the same, but you will need to source some inners (and the upper splash shields, too). Most of the interior trim is the same in front of and over the doors.

Awesome! Thanks for the info. What are the upper splash shields? I currently have a step bumper on my truck that i am wanting to remove and convert back over to the sport bumper. Thanks again!

Would low hump or high hump matter here? I was thinking no but not really sure. Thanks again for the help here.

Is it a 2wd Suburban? If so then it should be low hump. Most 2wd R10 pickups would be low hump, except for (some?) manual trans would be high hump*

*my truck is high hump because of the MY6 manual trans. Not sure if the M20 manual trans was high hump or not but I would suspect so.

The splash shields are a small gravel shield that close out the area behind the pickup box and bumper.

They mount to the frame and bumper bracket, as shown here:

For the carpets, yes. For the seat brackets, it doesn't make a difference either way.
