'75 K5 3" duals into single 4". Pics aren't great but you'll get the idea.

Re: show pics of your 4x4 exhaust
What specifically are you looking for? Some guys have duels, some have singles. What motor and tranny do you have? Mines a diesel. I'm running a single 4" to duel 3" tailpipes.

Re: show pics of your 4x4 exhaust
I have a 61k-10 swb/fside sbc V8. 4sp and 221 tf case. I will probably go single in 2 1/2 (will be a stock 350 eng) walker has a nice front y-pipe (2") set up off ramhorns that crosses to the drivers side. plenty of room down that side. one problem i have is the pto driveshaft to the winch, might have to mod the y-pipe. of course i can build it from scratch as i might have to. also thanks for the pics-----

Re: show pics of your 4x4 exhaust
I have Thorley Tri-Y headers, H pipe right behind the Xfer case and two 50series Flowmasters. I have a HUGE 37gal gastank that takes up all the room right behind my rear axel so the exhaust guy had to route my tail pipes out side the frame to just behind the bumper. I told him make it high & tight and he did an awesome job. That and it's way secure..no shaking or wiggling anywere!! Solid! I had simple turn downs on my old exhaust and on the trail it sucked as MAJOR DUST blew out from under me..the guy behind me didn't like it too much also

The collector joint is slipped over the outside of the collector. It is a type of "V" flange. It slides over several inches & is a very tight fit. Only a few spot welds are required to hold it in place. It does not leak. That is the only place that is spot welded. Yes it is a DIY4x inboard kit. I like it. Just remember you need much stiffer shock rates when your shocks are inboard. Even stiffer when they are leaning. Sorry for the slow reply. I don't hit the innerweb every day.

Re: show pics of your 4x4 exhaust
Looks that way, but i don't have any issues. I run a temp gauge in the pan to keep an eye on it.

Re: show pics of your 4x4 exhaust
Mine dumps there too. I cut the stock muffler out and welded a summit street/strip 3in/3out muffler in with a bend from the cut off exhaust for a turndown. stock 2.5 off the manifolds down to a crappy Y into stock 3".
