Lowering a 1987 Silverado?
I've got a bone stock 1987 Chevy Silverado LWB. I just installed a new set of KYB Mono Max shocks. I want to level the back with a set of shackles and maybe the front, not radical just a smidge. How low can I go without changing the shocks? If 2'' drop shackles is about all it will stand, what brand would y'all recommend and what can I except as far as ride? I will be pulling a good size bass boat at times so that might change things all together.

You should be fine with those stock shocks and a shackle. You will need to check your rear spring length to determine if your going to have to cut the bed brace to clear.
