Steering Column Help

I need help deceiding what steering column to buy. I have a 350 trubo trans. and a '75 Camaro Clip and want to get a tree shifter without a key. I have found some on ebay for around $225.00 and need to know if they are worth buying or if I chould stay away from them. Also what is the best length for our trucks...'55 Task Force. The bullits are nice but they are really proud of them. Thanks Bob

If you want go go inexpensive Chevy vans in the early 80's had a clean column with an automatic shift handle no key and you could find tilt columns pretty easily most of the time.

Thank you for your reply. The ones on ebay are chrome and look nice its just that they are less than half the price of the billits and that makes me worry a little.

The ones on e-bay are made in china,yes there half are the price and yes they are chrome and look decent.

But I would spend a few more $$$ and invest on one from Ididit they all come with a lifetime warrantty and all have gm internal made parts.This means you buy once and you are done.This also means it will fit the correct way and look great in your truck.
