Are these holes in my firewall from the factory?

I have 2 holes in the floor of the passenger side of my cab that are about 10" apart. Around where the passenger's feet would be if they had their legs straight out. They look exactly like the antenna hole thats on the upper cowl. (just looks like they blew through instead of drilling.) if they are stock, what are they for?? Thanks. kind of looks like where the bolts that hold the heater core on my AC truck stick through and are impossible to get to without removing the inner fender. But dont quote me on that. I dont know what my firewall looks like that stripped down

The cab Im fixing now has those same holes in the floor and there was an underdash ac unit in it when I got it.Looks like someone punched them through with a slag pick. I used a hammer and a dolly and flatend the right one out so I could weld it up. TThis picture is upside down,cant figure the stupid I pod out when you e mail pictures sometimes there upside down. You see what I mean anyway,I think its for a drain.

That's why I had mine torn apart.Removing the old underdash a/c.
You can see the condensate drain hole in the hump area and the 2 holes for the lines above in the firewall pad.
They're welded up now(along with the firewall mods) and the factory a/c is in.

I bought the cab bare so I don't know if it had AC under the dash. After reading through, I figure it must have. I also have 2 1" holes just to the right of the heater core box that must have been for the AC lines. I guess they're all going to get welded shut since the only air conditioning I'll have is rolling down the windows and opening the rear slider!

I have got 2 similar holes on my pass side also like old chevy guy but the hole on left looks more round then his. I pan on filling them in myself.

I have those same holes that your talking about. My truck isa 69 c/10 it has aftermarket a/c the two holes on the floor are drain holes for the condensate lines and the firewall are for the a/c line to pass through. My a/c unit is made by a company callead ARA and it has two drain going through the floor. It looks like they just drove some kind of chisel or large screwdriver throught the floor the didnt even use a drill bit back then.

The one thats not so round is because I flatend it out with a hammer and dolly so I could weld it up. Didn't get to the other one yet.

I discovered my truck used to have under dash A/C also. My floor board had the same hole. I used a rotabroach to get rid of the flaring and then inserted a nice thick grommet. Good for now since one side is covered by carpet and the other is covered by the inner fender.

Thats a pretty good idea. And that way in the future if you ever had to run anything through that side, your grommet is there

Aftermarket under dash AC. Got one with a grommet and one looks like a bullet hole. Your earlier post made me look.
