I think you'll find it'll be cheaper to start with a nice set like this and recover them...the sets I have that need foam work I'd need almost the same amount for.....

I've seen sets like this sell for 7-800 plus shipping...

Plus, if you're careful with the covers you might be able to sell them for 50-100...

The skirts are solid w/NO rust, tracks are tight, all springs, clips & rods are in place & work smoothly. They are nice & complete. I'll send you PM for payment. thanks, frank

I just finally picked up my first set...visited pops he is doing great, got home,,,immediately opened the box. sat them down and simultaneously chilled. AND YOU KNOW I broke out the imaginary wheel!
