Re: my 66 pro street project

Nice stance to it!
What do you plan on doing with it?
Paint it? Leave it as is and drive it for awhile?

Re: my 66 pro street project

I found this under about 2 inches of bondo and fiberglass. Suck, they had a bunch of the rust cover so it looked like the cab was in pretty good shape. I guessed wrong..

Re: my 66 pro street project

Thanks man. Taken alot of work. Sucks that I have to deal with this cab now. I thought it was in better shape. I was hoping to have the motor in this week, But im gonna deal with this cab first i guess. Just got done upgrading the front and rear to 80,s model a-arms and disk brake setup. Just replaced all the balljoints and such. Then i was gonna drop the motor in it

I like where your build is heading. I've always been a fan of pro-street. Too bad about the cab, that's the kind of surprise nobody wants to find.

Re: my 66 pro street project

Welcome to the forum

Good looking truck build you have going. Seeing this makes me wish I had time to work on my '63 Pro Street truck.....just too many projects

Too bad about the cab. Is that a steel or 'glass cowl scoop?
