just wanted to share some pics of my crapper GMC

I took these a couple years ago and, obviously, before the front was crunched in a wreck. I just thought that I did a decent job taking the pictures and thought I would share them with everybody. I am not a photographer by any means, just kinda proud of these.

(Some are with the truck sitting at the height I like to drive at, and some are with it set all the way down.)

I also like these. The light was nice and the location is one of my favorite for taking pictures because of the plants and trees for a backdrop.

I am not a big wheel fan at all and had to borrow these from a friend after having a blowout before having a spare set of rollers. But for those who like that stuff, they are 22" X 9.5". that's all I know about 'em!

Re: just wanted to share some pics of my crapper GMC

Sorry!!!!! When I took these pictures, I was driving along and thought, "Dang this is some nice light!" And I was close to the church where I took 'em, so i just pulled right over and had me a little photo shoot with my crapper camera that rolls around on the seat. People looked at me odd.....

This first pic (and apparently the last one in the last post, sorry) was the height I drove at with those big ol' wheels on!! I could actually drive lower than with my white walls because of the backspace and the fact that the tires didn't bulge. The prison pics at ride height is as low as I can drive with the Coker's or else the sidewalls rub the bed sides in the back. Lame....

BAD A$$ truck!
We need some interior and under hood pics.

Also,... what's the details on the suspension?
I like it with the wide whites the best!

Pictures are meant to be shared, and this is definitely the place. I also like the whitewalls at the prison best. Thanks for posting.

Re: just wanted to share some pics of my crapper GMC

That's no crapper, your truck is the sh*t! ...Wait, that didn't come out right. lol. Nice pics! Loving the color, patina, and the long and low thing. For me, the length accentuates the height (or lack of, in this case).

Nice truck Imperial! Are you kidding about apologizing for posting pictures? Everyone I have talked to, and or met on here is an absolute picture fiend. LOL The more the merrier!

Seeing that you are a local, What are you doing next Saturday 5/5? We are having a breakfast/BS session at the IHOP on Fairview in Meridian at 9:00am if you are interested. Its near the end of this thread.

Any other locals you know of, bring them too!

Cool Ride! I dig it with both wheels. Its kinda of my idea when I finish my build is to have both style of wheels/tire combos for what ever mood I'm in or type of show I roll to. Keep the pic coming

It is Palomino tan! I am actually trying to hunt down a palomino hood, grille support, driver fender, and driver cowl corner and white grille to replace the smashed stuff because I REALLY don't want to change the color on this thing.

The prison though, it closed in 1973 after a big riot leading to fires that burned down the church building, mess hall building, a cell house and damaged many other buildings and cell houses. The prisoners were moved to the new prison facilities south of town. It is now owned bu the Historical Society and open to the public. It is a very common backdrop for pictures.

It is a T bottle of nitrogen. It lasts me about a month with average use (Before wrecked, and after I fix it, this truck is a daily driver and goes on at least one 1000 mile plus road trip a year). I have been through two in three days though. I have three T bottles and one S. So there is no excuse to be out of nitrogen and therefore no excuse to not drive it!
