1986 GMC Sierra

I have an '86 GMC Sierra that started life with a 4.3. I have spent several years building the truck.. twice actually. After the first build, a small fire kind of made it necessary to rebuild. This time, I went as far as my budget would let me. I will add new and older pics as I have time. please msg me with any questions or comments. New to this site!

WOW! How did the fire start and who was taking the pic? I know I would not be able to take a pic of my truck if it was on fire.

Yikes!!!

I'm glad it turned out okay and it looks good with the rebuild if that's the last pic with the red cluster but YIKES!!

It's such a nice truck I'm glad you were able to save it from burning up!

Whew wee! NOW THAT'S A FIRE!!! Man you have some serious patience to take a picture while it's burning. I would have been like this> Glad to see it getting rebuilt.

Re: 1986 GMC Sierra

Did you go from a 4.3 to a 350? If you did, what changes did you have to make to the engine mounts? could you keep them in the same position or did you have to move them forward or back?
