th350 modulator?

my th350 isnt shifting properly, was wondering whats the difference between the blue and the red stripe vacuum modulator? its just a basic 350/350 combo in my 64

I normally dont go by the color , I make sure it is an adjustable (has the screw located in the hose inlet ) and just keep tightening it up til I get the shift I want ....

Better off to just buy a new one ,then take it for a road test and see how it shifts,then go from there....
