Pair 68 doors

It is a shame the passenger door has typical rust issue on hinge area because the outer skin is flawless as is the rest. Pretty unique green interior option with solid nice color armrest and totally in tact vinyl. Some fade but these are hard to find without rips so I am pleased. I will be pulling the panels off this afternoon. Very Nice below eyeline mirror brackets but aftermarket heads. The brackets are very nice though as seen.

Driver side door is def. salvageable for anyone interested.

soft ray and super rubbers on chrome vents- some pitting $77.25 shipped

Door panels- $77.25 shipped

Arm rests- $30.90 shipped $10+ of that is med. flat rate ship.

Will sell complete doors for real good price.

Mirror brackets with after market heads- $51.50shipped OBO

Doors are sold local today.

Re: Pair 68 doors

Duane, is the rust on the drivers door just surface? What other bad spots does it have? I already bought a passenger side door from you, now I need a driver side.

The rust spot on the driver outer skin I hit with a grinder. You can see it in pic three somewhat. The doors had been repainted (decent job) and it was bubbled there from poor adhesion. There is a small rust hole there but could just be spot welded and ground out. I could do it.

Re: Pair 68 doors

here are more pics of driver.. The underbelly is weird. The corners are solid but there is like a "wrinkle in it. Never quite seen one like it. I will get better pics later. Light was messing pics up. I will blast the underbelly to investigate further. I have another REALLY solid driver now but trying to make pairs. I have like 13 pass. doors!!! lmao I will see what we can work out though

Re: Pair 68 doors

Duane,
Do you have a nice pair of 72' doors? with guts and crome wing vents? Not worried about interior panels. I could also use a pair of 71' doors as well but don't NEED them anytime soon. shipping would be to commercial 21826 with forklift

Do you know of any good shipping companies

Thanks
Richard

Yeah I do not want to get a rep for price gauging but when my parts are like new... and then you see the price of repops...Somethings got to give. I do this for the hobby, passion, and camaraderie... but I can't go bankrupt either.

Do you have a 68 passenger door panel, black, with trim. And a cherry on top?

I can paint vinyl. Please let me know what you've got.

No I just have these green ones as of now. I have got the driver off working on the pass. The screw broke off and I drilled it out but it is hanging up on the panel and being a pain in the arse.

I feel your pain. When I took the arm-rests off, the DS was a bear. A PO had used a two different screws--the first was phillips, metal, fine thread; the second was standard, sheet-metal/wood. Of course, you cannot see inside the rest to figure out what's going on. I cussed and I swore. I even took a hack-saw to it. Now, of course, it's mounted properly.

When you get the panel off, drop me a line.
